We want you to love your new instrument, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the item in its original Kala factory box, ensuring all strings, tuners, and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned instrument, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
